In most cases quality fishing tackle is provided by the various charter operators on a "replace if lost / damages / broken basis". This is standard procedure around the globe and all clients need to be aware that it is the responsibility of the various charter operators to seek remedy in this regard should the unforeseeable happen and damage occur. Fishing Cairns accepts no responsibility in this matter and all negotiation is between the client and service provider.
On extended charter trips to remote Cape York locations, various operators may require clients to provide their own tackle (or part thereof) and this will be advised to you at the time. Specific Fly Fishing charters may also require anglers to provide their own fly rods and line.
